I haven't done a ~personal~ post in forever! Although school is finally out (besides one summer course that I'm taking, ugh), I feel like I've barely had any alone time. Don't get me wrong, I love getting out of the house and spending time with others! I've been a hermit for most of my life though, so I'm still not accustomed to being this busy.

ANYWAYS, I turned twenty on May 26th! ...Oh god, why did I feel so ancient typing that out?? For my birthday weekend I went to a carnival with Daniel, made birthday cake cocktails, spent Saturday in the city, went antique shopping with my mom, and then had a wonderful dinner with my family and Daniel. 

I've also been spending a lot more time with my best friend who I've known since we were in kindergarten (!!!).  For some reason we always go through periods where we randomly stop hanging out, but we always pick up where we left off. I love spending time with her because she's up for anything and doesn't judge me for being a complete weirdo.

Hello lovelies! I'm currently on spring break, THANK GOD. It's been nice just to relax, although I feel like I still haven't had much time for that. The other day I saw Django Unchained with my best friend and of course had many feminist fueled "I hate Republicans!" rants with her. (I seriously think I'd go insane without such an amazing friend like her in my life.) 

Earlier this week Daniel and I randomly found the coolest vintage shop I've ever been to. It was filled with mid-century goodies, I could have bought everything in it if I was able to. Buuuut since I'm not a millionaire I decided to buy two mini sets of juice glasses. 

Life lately... Phoebus adventures, lots of sweets, met Mike Wolfe from American Pickers, celebrated my first anniversary with Daniel, then celebrated our second Valentine's Day, and currently sick as a dog! Hope you lovelies have been enjoying your weekend. <3

Hello lovelies! Can you believe that tomorrow is New Year's Eve? This break has just flown by! I've been keeping myself fairly busy, but I definitely had a few lazy moments where I just stayed in my pajamas all day watching horror movies with Daniel. 

I haven't yet made a New Year's resolution, but I would like to work on eating healthier and exercising more. One thing I'd love to do is cut out processed foods and start to cook with more natural foods. I've already made a few delicious (and healthy!!) small meals recently, I think I'll make a post about that soon! Is there anything that you guys would like to accomplish in 2013? :)

Hello lovelies! I haven't been up to too much lately, just enjoying my fall break! I had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with my parents, my brother and his girlfriend, and Daniel. Afterwards we played Apples to Apples and Bananagrams, two of my favorite games. Yesterday my mom and I went out of town to do some antique shopping. I got two vintage hats on sale and a neat Christmas gift for Daniel. Hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend! x

Life lately... I've been obsessing over Halloween (I'm so sad I didn't have the time to celebrate it though!), thrifting constantly for vintage Pyrex and other retro kitchenware, reminiscing over the past, and painting with Daniel. Hurricane Sandy hit my area earlier last week, thankfully much damage wasn't done. My heart goes out to everyone who was affected by the storm, I know the North took quite a beating. I hope you guys were out of harm's way and that you all have a magnificent week! x Oh, and did any of ya'll do anything exciting/dress up for Halloween?! :)

First sign of fall, trips to the pumpkin patch, seeing an old friend, adventures with Daniel, and creativity in the kitchen! So far, October is treating me very well. Hope ya'll are having a good week so far! x

Hello lovelies! I have a rather picture heavy update that should be posted in a day or two, but I wanted to share some Instagram pictures! Can you tell that I'm completely addicted? For whatever reason I obnoxiously post way too many pictures a day! I'm just obsessed with taking pictures of everything I see (uhh, mostly animals and food...), I hope my followers don't mind too much haha. ;)

Hello lovelies! Thankfully besides school, things have slowed down a lot! Lately I've been enjoying antique shopping, french music, playing with my dogs, eating cupcakes, and hanging out with my love. I saw the Possession last night (I'm a horror movie junkie) and it was one of the best scary movies I've seen in quite a while! It definitely got me excited for October-- one of my favorite months! Well anyways, hope you all have a relaxing weekend. <3

Hello lovelies! Unfortunately with school and babysitting I haven't had much time to update this thing! I'm hoping that once September comes around I'll have a lot more free time to spend with my loved ones and of course blog. ;) 

So far my semester hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be! I love having a car and being able to just go to school and leave as soon as I can, haha. The majority of my classes are terribly boring, but I love my Geography and History professors. I just hate how time consuming and stressful college can sometimes be. Oh well, I'll try to stay positive!

Hello lovelies! I wasn't able to do an update this week so I wanted to just do a quick instagram post. One of the reasons I've been so busy is because I GOT A CAR! Words cannot express how nice it is to finally start feeling like an independent adult. I'll now be able to drive myself to school, and I'm hoping to get a job at a local veterinary clinic. I'm finally starting to feel positive about where I'm going in life, it's an amazing feeling. :)
